Business Development Director SHANGHAI/HONG KONG, FULL TIME
We're looking for a Business Development Director who will be able to expand our global reach, communicate and amplify Bargemon's mission within the APAC region.
As a Business Development Director at Bargemon, you will identify and grow existing and new client relationships across the full range of Bargemon's offers. You will lead and/or facilitate multi-disciplinary teams, manage account development efforts, and foster relationship with executive decision makers. In a word, you will be an ambassador to the Bargemon brand.
PRECISELY, YOU WILL TAKE LEAD ON:
Opportunities Framing: You will have responsibility for driving new business, building long term client relationships, and engaging collaboratively with clients in an entrepreneurial way. You will be also expected to co-design compelling project proposals, presentations and meetings that only only address a client's needs, but also clearly articulate their fundamental challenges and the-way-forward.
Leadership: You’ll be an inspirational leader who will help us shape the Asia organization to deliver impactful client solutions. Thought leadership in strategic initiatives - new offers, thinking pieces, collaborations, etc.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET: You need to have a ‘whatever it takes’ entrepreneurial mentality at Bargemon – leading by example, hands on, doing what’s needed as the business starts to build. You bring at least 5 years of experience in areas such us business development, consulting, communications, and brand strategy.

Experience of working with and influencing clients up to C-suite level
A solid business acumen, with an MBA preferred
Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English
